PL-300 Practice Studio is an independent practice resource for the Microsoft PL-300 exam. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. This page explains what data the app collects, why, and how you can access or remove it.
What we collect
- Account identity — when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address from Google to create and identify your account. We don't request any other Google data.
- Profile — an optional display name and app preferences you set yourself (e.g. a reduced-motion option).
- Practice activity — the practice/mock sessions you start, your answers, timestamps, and scores, so the app can show your results and track your progress over time.
- Bookmarks — questions you choose to bookmark for later review.
We don't use analytics trackers, ad networks, or sell any data to third parties.
Guest / demo use
The guest demo (no account required) never sends your answers to our servers — demo progress is stored only in your browser and is lost if you clear your browser data.
Where your data is stored
Account and practice data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security, so only you (and, for support purposes, this app's administrator) can access your own records. The app is hosted on Vercel. Neither provider is paid to analyze or share your data beyond operating the service.
Retention
Detailed practice-attempt data (your individual answers and timestamps) is kept for up to 180 days, after which it is removed in batches, retaining only anonymous aggregate statistics needed to keep the app's overall content-quality reporting accurate. You can export your own data at any time before it ages out — see below.
Your choices
- Export — download a copy of your profile, attempts, responses, and bookmarks at any time from Settings.
- Delete — permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings. This requires a recent sign-in, for your security.
